Top of leg of lamb for raw kibbeh meat only (100% fat free). For baked, chopped london broil or flank steak (97% fat free).

Yes, up to 3 months. Defrost in fridge before use.

Fire roasted baby green wheat grains.

Clear distilled water made from the bitter orange flower and rose water is from damascus rose.

Mastic gum has distinct flavor and is used in savory cooking & sweets. It is also used in arabic ice cream such as ashtta. Do not use more than what recipe calls for.

A mix of thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds.

I have downloaded the e-books, but I can’t open the file…

There are two possible issues here:
1.The e-books is in PDF format. You’ll need to have PDF Reader in order to open them. You can download PDF Reader for free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Can I have the e-book in hardcopy format?
A:
No, we have not arrange with any publisher to have the e-book printed. You can however, download the e-book, and get it printed through a color printer.

How do I ask for a refund?

Please note that all orders are processed by ClickBank, the largest digital products retail outlet. All refunds are handled by ClickBank, NOT TheMediterraneanChef.com. This is a part of the binding agreement to sell our product on their storefront and use their credit card processing system. According to ClickBank’s return policy:

ClickBank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.
