My grandson Adam came over to spend the weekend with his nanny (yours truly) and again, I wanted Adam to spend some time with me in the kitchen so I decided to make cookies that do not require any baking.  However,  you need to freeze the biscuit au chocolat.

Biscuit au chocolat is French for Chocolate cookie, it’s simple and very easy to make. Adam & I had fun making them.  He started eating the cookies before we started making it.  We had so much fun,   we wanted to share it with you.

You need the following:

1-2 packages of Maria biscuit or Ulker tea biscuit

1 can of condensed milk

1/2 cup of cocoa powder

1 stick of melted butter

In a saucepan, melt the butter and set aside.  In a large bowl, break the cookie into pieces, add in the cocoa powder, the condensed milk and butter.  Mix to combine the ingredients.

Shape into logs, then roll them in a plastic wrap and freeze the logs for a few hours or overnight.

Slice each log into discs and serve.  I know you will love making this for your family and friends.
